Seeking detailed information on electric buses from concerned manufacturers

This is to inform you that Sajha Yatayat is planning to purchase 2nd lot of electrical buses to introduce zero emission environment friendly buses namely electric buses and support the public transportation sector of the country.  Sajha Yatayat is presently studying and working on selecting technically suitable types of electric buses for intercity and intracity that are presently being operating as public transportation in various countries and international markets. For this purpose, the Sajha Yatayat is seeking some detailed information from the concerned manufacturer regarding various aspects as follow:

1. Technical specification and costing : The information sheet consists 29 rows of main criterions and 5 columns. There are sub-criterions under each row of main criteria. The first three columns (1,2 and 3) to be kept unchanged. You are required to provide information in column 4 (four) corresponding to main criteria/ sub criteria of each row.  The column 5 is optional, if the given criteria/ sub criteria is not applicable to your standard product or to be customized or other specific option available related to that criteria same information of corresponding row to be provided in the column 5.

2. Manufacturing information and quality assurance : The information sheet consists 5 rows of main criterions and 5 columns. There are sub-criterions under each row of main criteria. The first three columns (1,2 and 3) to be kept unchanged. You are required to provide information in column 4 (four) corresponding to main criteria/ sub criteria of each row.  The column 5 is optional, if the given criteria/ sub criteria is not applicable to your standard product or to be customized or other specific option available related to that criteria same information of corresponding row to be provided in the column 5.

3. Performance testing/ certification standards and design drawing : The information sheet consists 7 rows of main criterions and 5 columns. There are sub-criterions under each row of main criteria. The first three columns (1,2 and 3) to be kept unchanged. You are required to provide information in column 4 (four) corresponding to main criteria/ sub criteria of each row.  The column 5 is optional, if the given criteria/ sub criteria is not applicable to your standard product or to be customized or other specific option available related to that criteria same information of corresponding row to be provided in the column 5.

You are requested to provide all the information in given/ prescribe format within 21 days from date of notice.
